For the past 10 years I've worked in a variety of customer service and sales roles, across a number of industries from Financial Services to Defence. I joined the world of Customer Success in 2015 and I'm currently the Customer Success Lead for a Defence/Saas company in Brighton, UK. I have a passion for using data to drive actions, and creating scalable and efficient processes. I'm looking forward to helping to advocate for the use of data across the CS space, specifically in the world of Customer Health.
